  119. Limited Use Software License Agreement

  121. This Limited Use Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is
  122. a legal agreement between you, the end-user and TriSoft.  By
  123. continuing the installation of this game program, by loading or
  124. running the game, or by placing or copying the game program onto
  125. your computer hard drive, you are agreeing to be bound by the
  126. terms of this Agreement.

  131. 1.  Grant of License.  TriSoft grants to you the right to use
  132. the TriSoft software game program (the "Software", which is the
  133. share ware version or episode one of the game program.  For
  134. purposes of this section, "use" means loading the Software into
  135. RAM, as well as installation on a hard disk or other storage
  136. device.  You may not: modify, translate, disassemble, decompile,
  137. reverse engineer, or create derivative works based upon the
  138. Software.

  140. 2.  Copyright.  The software is owned by TriSoft and is
  141. protected by United States copyright laws and international
  142. treaty provisions.  You must treat the Software like any other
  143. copyrighted material, except that you make copies of the
  144. Software to give to other persons.

  146. 3.  Limited Warranty.  TriSoft DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER
  147. EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED

  164. successors, administrators, heirs and assigns.  Any action or
  165. proceeding brought by either party against the other arising out
  166. of or related to this agreement shall be brought only in a STATE
  167. or FEDERAL COURT of competent jurisdiction located in Galveston
  168. County, Texas.  The parties hereby consent to in personam
  169. jurisdiction of said courts.
